We are a family run business established in 1981 in the West Midlands, and have collectively over 100 years of experience in the confectionery trade.
We want to share our experience further a field than the Midlands, so here we are ' cheapsweetshop.co.uk '

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse through our products, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart.
After you have finished your selection, click on 'check out with paypal'. This will take you to a paypal page where you have 2 choices:

1)Log in to PAYPAL and pay us through your paypal account
2)Click on 'contiue checkout' and fill in your payment details.

We use a secure ordering system through paypal
We do not receive or store your credit card details, only the confirmation that the transaction has been made.

ORDERS BY CHEQUE(UK residents only):

Cheques must be payable to "Greetlynn Limited", please print off a copy of your order for yourself and remember to send one copy to ourselves.
Please make sure that the number on your cheque guarantee card is written on the back of your cheque.
Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has cleared in our account NORMALLY 3 to 7 working days(working days not including Saturday or Sunday).

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Orders up to noon Mon-Friday will normally be dispatched the same day.
All orders after noon will be dispatched the next working day.
Saturday,Sunday and Bank Holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

UK POSTAGE RATES:
Because of the variety of weights that we sell, our postage charges are calculated on monetary value:

All orders upto £1.50 P&P £1.95 Royal Mail

orders from £1.51-£2.50 P&P £2.50 Royal Mail

orders from £2.51-£3.00 P&P £2.99 Royal Mail

Any other size order P&P £4.99 Courier

All deliveries are up to 7 working days for the UK. (weekends are not working days).

Courier deliveries will only be made Monday to Friday.

Royal Mail deliveries will be Monday to Saturday.

Please note that UK deliveries require a signature on delivery.
Please make sure somebody is in to sign for the parcel if the delivery is going to your home address.
Alternatively we can deliver to your place of work.
Once the goods have left us we are unable to change the delivery address.

In the unlikely event that your item is out of stock, we will contact you either by email or telephone to confirm the delivery date and order status.
We reserve the right to substitute any item for one of a similar type.
(Example: if the manufacturer discontinues a particular sweet we will do our best to find one of the same type, flavour and colour via a different manufacturer.)

We guarantee your satisfaction.

Every care is taken to ensure that your purchase reaches you in perfect condition. If, for any reason, it does not do so, please return the packet and its contents of the product that there is a problem with to the:

The Consumer services department will assess the problem and may reimburse you.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods,and return the goods with a covering letter describing the problem.This must also contain your order number.

Goods returned to us by post must be sent via a 'signed for' delivery.
we cannot except any responsibilty for goods returned to us that are lost in transit.
We will not be held responsible for damage caused due to atmospheric conditions while the goods are in transit. (Example: chocolate that has melted or bloomed due to hot weather)
